APPLE BETTY 
4 c. sliced, pared, tart apples or 1 lb. 2 oz. can pre-sliced apples, drained
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Mound apples in buttered 9" pie plate. Combine sugar, cake mix and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp. Serves 6.
