LEMON PUDDING DESSERT 
1 can Borden's sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons
3 egg yolks
1/2 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 to 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping

Beat together with egg beater or electric hand mixer sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Crush cookies. Line an 8 x 8 buttered pan with half of cookie crumbs.

Spread on lemon mixture. Spread on whipped cream. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill at least 6 hours in refrigerator.

NOTE: dessert is very rich, so pan can yield up to 9 servings.

Somewhat like bars or rich dessert. Good for luncheon dessert.
