2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Boil one minute. Add to 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Stir well and drop in teaspoons on wax paper.
