POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen Southern Style hash browns (thawed)
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all together. Put in a greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for at least one hour.
