2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts or coconut
4 c. apples, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients with spoon. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
