CHICKEN IN ONION SAUCE 
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onions
4 med. carrots, sliced thin
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. prepared chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Paprika to sprinkle on top

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In 8x12 inch dish, combine vegetables and 1/2 can onions. Put chicken on vegetables.

In another bowl, combine bouillon, garlic salt and pepper. Pour it over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Baste with pan juices and top with remaining onions. Bake uncovered another 3 minutes. Serves 4.
