RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran (9 c.)
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tbsp. molasses

Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour, and baking soda. Add buttermilk and oil; mix. Bear eggs until foamy and add to mix. Add molasses. Let stand awhile. Fill muffin tins 1/2 way. Bake 20 minutes at 375°F.

Makes 45-50 cupcakes.
