EASY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 pkg. (12 sq.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar until well blended. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped walnuts (or any other, such as: cocoa, powdered sugar, coconut or candy sprinkles). Store in refrigerator.
