CRUSTY COCONUT PIE | |
1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract 1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked Pour milk over coconut and let set while creaming butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Add milk, coconut and flavoring. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until pie is firm and golden brown. |
