MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 cauliflower, broken
1 pt. fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into bite size pieces
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
2 - 3 sliced cucumbers
Carton cherry tomatoes
Sliced celery
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1 c. Wishbone salad dressing
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chablis dry white wine

For marinade, combine parsley, onion flakes, salt, salad dressing, lemon juice and wine. Cook vegetables in marinade until they barely lose crispness. Marinade up to 2 weeks.
