BASIL CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
POTATO TOPPER
 
1 can Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut up
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli cuts in 1" pieces
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Chopped sweet red pepper for garnish

In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine soup, cream cheese, chicken, broccoli, milk, basil and lemon juice. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Spoon over potatoes. Garnish with red pepper, if desired.

Basil chicken and asparagus: Prepare Basil Chicken and Broccoli as above, except substitute 1 package (10 ounce) frozen asparagus spears cut into 1 inch pieces for the broccoli cuts.
