CARAMEL FRUIT DIP 
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Fresh fruit for dipping, such as apple slices, banana slices, pineapple chunks, strawberries

Put sugars, vanilla and cream cheese in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with seasonal fruit. Yield: 1 1/4 cups.
