HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
3 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped

Brown meat in skillet and drain off fat. Melt Velveeta cheese (in microwave) and pour in crock pot. Add cooked meat, tomatoes and onion. Stir. Keep warm by using low setting on crock pot. Serve with corn chips or tortillas.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
