APRICOT CAKE | |
1 c. butter 2 1/2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 sm. jars Gerber Apricot baby food 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or longer. FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp. vanilla Powdered sugar, about 2 cups Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled cake. |
