YUM YUM SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar

Bring to a boil.

2 tbsp. Knox gelatin in
1/2 c. cold water

Let stand for 10 minutes. Add to above.

1 c. grated Tillamook cheese
1 lg. can milk, chilled and whipped

when set sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top.
