PANCIT BIJON GUISADO | |
1/4 c. cooking oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion minced 1 sm. cabbage, shredded 1 lg. carrot, in slices 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. broth 1 bunch Chinese leeks 1 bundle rice sticks 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Accent 1 lb. cooked shrimp 1/2 lb. pork loin (opt.) 1/2 lb. boiled chicken (opt.) Saute garlic in cooking oil, add onions, carrot and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes. Add broth and simmer. Add Chinese leek. When vegetables are cooked mix in soaked and drained rice sticks and season with salt and Accent. Add shrimp and mix. Makes 8 servings. |
