PANCIT BIJON GUISADO 
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 c. celery, minced
1 c. boiled pork, sliced
1 c. chicken, boiled, sliced
1 c. fresh shrimp, sliced
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
1 lg. carrot, striped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. broth
1 lb. pkg. bijon (rice stick)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Aji-no-moto
Boiled eggs and green onion for garnish

Saute garlic in oil, adding onion, celery, meats, shrimp, carrots and cabbage. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and fry for 2 minutes. Add broth and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Mix in soaked and drained bijon. Do not over cook noodles. Garnish with green onion.
