PIG PICKIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix, butter recipe
1 stick butter
1/4 c. corn oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges and juice
1 lg. (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, butter, corn oil and eggs; beat 4 minutes before adding mandarin orange juice, then orange slices. Bake in 3 pans, 9 inch size, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. For topping, mix pineapple and juice with instant pudding mix until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers and around cake. Cake must be kept in refrigerator.
