CHICKEN VERMICELLI CASSEROLE 
1 pt. half & half milk
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. processed cheese, cubed
4 chicken breasts, boiled, sliced
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Vermicelli, cooked & drained
Salt & pepper as needed
Romano cheese

In double boiler, heat butter, cheese and milk until blended. Add chicken, onions, parsley, mushrooms, Vermicelli, salt and pepper. Toss. Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with Romano cheese. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15 or 20 minutes longer.
