ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. unseasoned bread cubes
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix bread cubes well with the rest of the mix. Add whipping cream, whipped. Pour mixture into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
