SOUTHWEST TOPPING 
1/2 c. Hellman's Real Light or Cholesterol Free reduced Mayonnaise
1 c. ham, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. tomato, chopped

Combine all ingredients, serve over baked potatoes. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

MEXICAN MEXICAN TOPPING:

1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 c. prepared salsa, drained
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. refried beans

GREEN ONION TOPPING:

1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 c. green onion, sliced

TOPPINGS FOR BAKED POTATOES:

Serve with potatoes or other vegetables.
