VIDILIA ONION CORNBREAD 
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg (beaten)
2 c. milk (sweet)
2 c. chopped vidilia onions

Mix all ingredients except onions. Batter will be thin. Stir in chopped onions. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or brown.
