BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. ziti, cooked al dente & drained
3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Parmesan

Combine ziti, 1 1/2 cups sauce, ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3 quart casserole, pour 1/2 cup sauce, spread ziti evenly and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
