UNBAKED FUDGE COOKIE 
1 lb. butter
8 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
1/2 c. dry milk
2 c. water
2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
12 c. quick oats

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, dry milk and water in a large saucepan. Mix well and let come to a rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add oats and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or spread in buttered sheet pans and cut. Makes 100.
