MOCK LEMON CHEESECAKE | |
Use a pre-made crust or combine 1 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers with 2 tablespoons sugar and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Pat into pie pan. Soften 8 ounces of cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup milk gradually as you beat cream cheese. When smooth and 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 package of instant lemon pudding. Pour into crust and chill 1 hour. Garnish with whipped cream. |
