LEMON BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. oil
Poppy seeds (opt.)

Combine all ingredients and beat with mixer for 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and sugared bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove bread from pans.
