RICH CHOCOLATE COCONUT PIE 
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Bakers German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/3 c. Bakers angel flake coconut
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in a medium saucepan. Add milk, coconut, eggs and sugar; stir until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool or serve warm with Dream Whip or ice cream.
