SKILLET TUNA AND TOMATO | |
2 c. peeled & chopped tomatoes 1 med. onion, peeled & sliced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 med. green pepper, seeded & chopped 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram leaves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. chopped parsley 2 cans (7 1/2 oz. each) solid packed white tuna, drained In large skillet combine tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, green pepper, marjoram, salt, pepper an parsley. Cook over moderately low heat for about 10 minutes. Break tuna into large chunks and add to skillet. Cover and heat to serving temperature, about 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
