CLASSIC MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. macaroni (elbow) (cooked)

Add to macaroni: 1 c. green pepper 1/4 c. onion, chopped

Stir until smooth: 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard (prepared) 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Pour mixture over macaroni. Coat well. Cover. Chill.
