BANANA CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. banana slices
1/3 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Gradually add to softened cream cheese; blend until smooth. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and lemon juice. Chill until thickened. Fold in bananas and cherries. Pour into crust, chill.
