CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 sqs. unsw. chocolate, melted and cooled

Combine all ingredients well, pour into 9 x 13 pan, and bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes. Cool cake and frost.

Frosting:

3 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Mix together and beat 3 mins.
