REUBEN CHICKEN 
1 chicken breasts
1 can Bavarian sauerkraut
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Remove skin from chicken. Put pepper in bottom of baking dish, put in chicken. Put sauerkraut on top of chicken, then salad dressing, then cheese. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees, then uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
