CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW HAYSTACKS 
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sifted confectionery sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. milk
2 (1 oz.) pieces unsweetened chocolate, melted
Flaked coconut

Combine softened cream cheese and milk. Mix until well blended. Gradually add sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla and salt. Fold in marshmallows. Drop by rounded teaspoon into coconut. Toss until well covered. Place on baking sheet and chill in refrigerator until firm.
