STEAK ROLLS FLORENTINE 
2 lb. "thin cuts" steak
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
Cooking oil

Steak - available at Lucky's or the butcher can slice a roast or top sirloin thin for you.

Mix all ingredients, except oil and steak, in large bowl. Lay out thin steaks one at a time. Take large spoonfuls of spinach mixture and put it at the end of the steak and roll it up. Brown slightly in oil and place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

1 c. red wine (or dry white wine)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. can Progresso crushed tomatoes

Mix all ingredients together and pour over Steak Rolls, cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, uncover for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle some Cheddar cheese over the top, garnish and serve.
