CLAM COCKTAIL DUNK 
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion or 3 drops onion juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (7 or 7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams (should be about 1 c.), chilled and drained

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt. Beat until fluffy. Stir in clams. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Serves with crackers, chips, or crisp vegetables.
