FRESH FRUIT PIZZA
1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookie dough
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
6 c. sliced fresh fruit
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch

CRUST: Slice cookie dough 1/8 inch thick and press onto a well-greased pizza pan or jelly roll pan. (NOTE: If using a jelly roll pan, you may need another 1/2 package of cookie dough, depending on how thick you want the crust.) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar in a medium bowl. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Arrange assorted sliced fruit on top. (Any combination of the following fruits: watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes, kiwi, peaches, or pineapple.)

GLAZE: In a saucepan, mix together water, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
