1/2 to 3/4 c. honey
1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Whip butter at medium speed with mixer until fluffy. Add honey. (This should be double in volume.) Continue beating until light and fluffy. Then add nuts. Mix thoroughly. Great on biscuits or toast.
