EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
3 c. flour

Combine first 4 ingredients. Blend next 2 ingredients and add to first mixture. Mix well and add flour. Mix well. Cover and let stand in warm place until double in size (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Empty dough on well floured surface. Knead well, pinch off small portions, place in well oiled pan. Cover; let stand until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Butter or oil top of rolls. Yields 16 to 20 rolls.
