MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cut up in cubes
Crackers, Ritz or Saltines
1/4-1/2 c. melted butter

Boil 2 cups macaroni in salted water until done. Drain and pour into 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over top.

Cheese Sauce: Cook stirring until thick milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper. Then add cheese. Mix until cheese has melted. Pour over macaroni and mix well. Top with cracker crumbs which have been mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
