CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
20 med. mushroom caps 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat, thawed & drained 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 heaping tsp. Italian salad dressing 1 heaping tsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. lemon juice 4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp. curry powder Pimento strips Coat mushrooms with butter, place upside down in a shallow pan. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of butter in each cap. Combine crabmeat, bread crumbs, salad dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco and curry powder; spoon into mushroom caps and drizzle with remaining butter. Place a pimento strip on each and broil five minutes. Serves 8. |
