MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
Crushed garlic clove
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. cold water

Cut wings apart at joints (save tips for soup). Place 2 larger sections in bowl. Mix all ingredients together and pour over wings. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Stir occasionally. Bake uncovered, 350 degree oven, 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes, baste often.

5 pounds produces 50 pieces or 25 wings.
