CRANBERRY RELISH 
This can be made 3 or 4 days ahead, as it seasons itself and is very good.

1 lb. cranberries, washed
4 tart red apples
1 orange (pulp and little peel)
2 c. sugar

Core apples, but do not peel them. Grind fruit with medium fine cutter and add sugar. Mix well. Keeps well in refrigerator.
