1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pt. whipping cream
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
Nutmeg

Mix cake mix as directed. Put into 9"x13" pan. Add rhubarb, sugar mixture to top of cake batter. Pour cream over cake. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
