MICROWAVE FRUIT PUDDING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, in own juice
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 med. bananas, sliced
Maraschino cherries

In 1 1/2 quart casserole mix pudding with pineapple and orange juice to make 1 cup liquid. Cook on high, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring twice. Add fruit. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Stir in bananas. Garnish with cherries.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
