RED JELLO SALAD 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello or
1 strawberry and 1 raspberry Jello
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
13 ox. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 to 3 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. dairy sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen fruits, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple, nuts, bananas and pour half of the mixture into a glass salad bowl. Chill until firm. Spread the sour cream on top of the chilled Jello. Then add the rest of the mixture. Chill thoroughly.
