PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 1/3 c. sugar 2 or 3 tbsp. peanut butter 1/2 c. Crisco 2 eggs 2 c. self rising flour Mix all the above ingredients until well blended. Round off in large ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Set oven to 325 to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet, first time only, with Pam. Make dough into about 1 inch balls or better. Place on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart at least. Mash ball down with a crisscross of a fork. Bake until light brown, about 7 to 12 minutes. |
