2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 chocolate cake mix
Mini chocolate chips

Bake cake according to directions on package for 9 x 13 pan. Cool cake. Break cake into pieces. Layer ingredients as follows: cake, pudding (made by directions on box), Cool Whip, and chocolate chips. Repeat. Make in clear glass bowl if possible (for looks).
