SCALLOPED SQUASH 
3 med. squash, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash paprika
Minced onion to taste
3 or 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk

Layer squash in greased 1 1/2 quart dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and onion. Cover top generously with grated Parmesan cheese and pour milk over it. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until squash is tender.

For microwave: Power 9 (high) for 5 or 6 minutes; stir once or twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
