HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 c. ham, fully cooked, cubed
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

In greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes and half of the ham; sprinkle with onion and parsley, top with remaining potatoes and ham. Combine soups, milk and pepper, pour over casserole. Cover well, bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir in beans, baking uncovered 35 minutes more. Top with grated cheese before serving. Serves 6.
