CORN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. corn oil

Combine all dry ingredients with 1 cup milk. Blend well. Add remaining milk and oil. Mix 3 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
